In this workshop you will learn how to make a beautiful miniature casebound (hardback) book, covered with traditional book cloth. The text block will be made using the drum leaf binding method and you will also have the opportunity to populate the pages of the book. During the workshop we will be using professional book binding tools and materials.
This workshop will be delivered by Daniel Rapley, Vibrant Matter director, who is an experienced educator, having worked as an art & design lecturer in FE and HE for over a decade, as well as delivering creative workshops in public institutions including Lakeside Arts, Nottingham and The Hub, Sleaford.
